* Movie party fee includes required licensing, but will be limited to movies available via Swank and must be available on DVD/Blu-Ray. No streaming or pirated copies of movies is permitted per licensing agreements.
Party Packages
PRIVATE MOVIE PARTY: $550
Available on Select
Saturdays or Sundays from Noon-5pm.
Enjoy your Private Movie Party at The Kay
with up to 70 party guests.
Bring your cake, beverages and food to enjoy at our tables.
Our Kay Theater crew will run the AV and provide
free a free beverage and bottomless popcorn to party guests.
Additional drinks and concessions available for purchase.
Feel free to decorate the tables with your theme.
Photo backdrop space can be made available.
Table decorations are allowed,
but no glitter, confetti or helium balloons.
Timeslot is inclusive of setup/clean-up.
Party Fee includes the cost of legally-required movie licensing of movie of choice.

Clean-up must be completed by 5pm as the Kay Theater may show the Movie Title as a ticketed public showing that evening.
Minors must be chaperoned by a responsible adult. Per Texas law, minors are prohibited from drinking age-regulated beverages and smoking/vaping inside or on the premises of The Kay. Chaperoning adults will be responsible for the behavior of minors in attendance at the event.
COMMUNITY MOVIE PARTY: $250
Available on select Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays.
Show time designated by The Kay.
Got a small group? Host your Movie Party at a Public Showing at The Kay. Piggy-back on our scheduled movie or pick one of your choice!
We’ll reserve for you the front-and-center “Primo” table
for your small but fun group of 10-12 party-goers.
Party-goers may show up 45-min before showtime for gifts & cake.
Center table decoration is allowed, but no glitter, confetti or helium balloons are permitted.
Feel free to bring in your food & beverages of choice.
The Kay will provide a free beverage and bottomless popcorn
for 10-12 party-goers. Additional drinks & concessions available for purchase. We’ll recognize the Group/Birthday Honoree before the movie.
A Community Movie Party is a showing that is open to the public to attend. The Kay will be publicly promoting the movie showing and selling tickets and concessions.
Preference will be given to Fridays for Community Movie Parties, unless we have a specific Saturday/Sunday public movie scheduled.
