Host Your Event at The Kay
Whether hosting an intimate wedding, birthday party, baby shower, or business meeting,
help support the Kay Theater Foundation by
renting our venue for your special event.
Rental includes use of approx. 120 white folding chairs, 40 stackable cushioned chairs,
five 60" round tables, four 6 ft tables, one 8ft table, and nine 18”x 6 ft tables.
Rental Rate: $450 Daily rate plus $100 non-refundable reservation & cleaning fee.
A signed contract is required to hold the date.

Provide name, phone, email, preferred & alternate date, and type of event.
A credit card security deposit will be required as additional fees may be imposed for excessive mess violating contractual post-event cleaning terms, facility damages and theft.
Decorate our tables with your tablecloths, LED candles, decor and place settings.
(No glitter or confetti please — it is very hard to clean up!)
